After the pilot

Nothing is charged during the pilot, and we never ask for a card. Before we set up card payments, we want to know whether villa managers would pay. If ADR Pulse is worth $15 a month to you, tell us now.

Questions

What happens after the 2-month pilot?

Before the pilot ends, we'll ask in your dashboard whether you want to continue. If you say yes, we send an invoice. If not, price recommendations and alerts stop, and the market pages stay free. We never ask for a card, so nothing is charged automatically.

How do I pay?

By invoice, monthly, through a bank transfer or Wise. Prices are in US dollars. Pay 6 months ahead and you pay for 5: one month free. Management companies that prefer one invoice a year can ask us.

Can I track more than one villa during the pilot?

The pilot covers one villa. Several villas in one dashboard come with the paid plan.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. You pay per villa, not per person. Separate logins for your team are in development; until then, one account per company.

Can I add or remove villas?

Yes, at any time. The next invoice uses the new number of villas.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, in one message. We stop invoicing, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

What if it's not for me?

Ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and we'll return it in full. See the refund policy.
