ADR Pulse is currently operated by its founder directly, on a pre-incorporation basis. Company registration in Portugal is planned but not yet complete. Once incorporated, this page will be updated with the registered entity's details.
When you sign up, we collect: your manager name, WhatsApp number, and (optionally, at your own pace) your villa listing link(s), competitor links, and cost/pricing inputs. All of this is provided voluntarily through our sign-up form.
We do not collect guest data, payment card details, or request access to your booking system or PMS.
To power Market Radar, we also read publicly available prices and availability from Airbnb and Booking.com listings you point us to (your own listing and hand-picked competitors). This is public market data about listings, not personal data about you.
Legal basis: your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on our sign-up form. Purpose: to calculate and deliver pricing alerts and recommendations for your villa.
Our servers are hosted with Selectel, in Russia. If you are located in the EU/EEA, this means your personal data is transferred outside the EEA. We are in the process of finalizing our corporate structure and appropriate data-transfer safeguards — if you have questions about this before signing up, contact us (see below).
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time — just message us on WhatsApp (see contact below). We'll confirm once it's done.
