ADR Pulse is currently free for 3 months as part of our Bali pilot, with no credit card required. Pricing after the pilot period will depend on the number of listings you manage and has not been finalized.
Our alerts and price recommendations are advisory only. We don't guarantee any specific revenue, occupancy, or booking outcome. You remain solely responsible for the pricing decisions you make on your own listings.
Competitor prices and availability are gathered through automated, publicly-accessible reads of Airbnb and Booking.com listings. This data can occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate — we don't guarantee its completeness.
You may only submit a listing URL for a property you manage or represent, and competitor URLs for publicly available listings. Please don't use ADR Pulse to submit URLs you don't have a legitimate business reason to track.
As an early-stage pilot product, we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Our corporate structure is still being finalized (company registration in Portugal is planned). Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified here once that's complete.
